These Terms of Service govern your use of Cadence (findyourcadence.io), operated by Cadence Software LLC.
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cadence.
Cadence is a financial tracking and management tool for barbers and barbershop owners. It is not a licensed accounting firm, financial advisor, or tax preparer. Information provided by Cadence is for organizational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial or tax advice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Cadence.
Cadence is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Cadence connects to your bank accounts through Plaid. By connecting your bank, you authorize Cadence to retrieve transaction data on your behalf for the purpose of providing the service. Cadence does not store your online banking credentials.
Cadence facilitates ACH direct deposit payments to contractors through Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring all payments comply with applicable laws, including proper contractor classification and 1099 reporting requirements.
You agree not to use Cadence for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your business or financial information, or to attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform.
Cadence Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
